Many scope problems happen where one trade assumes another trade handled layout, scanning, access, or cleanup. Write down who owns each decision.

Identify who marks the cut and who can approve changes. Reference the latest drawing or field instruction when one exists.

Concealed-condition review
Tell the provider what has been checked for utilities, reinforcement, plumbing, or other concealed conditions. If it is unknown, leave it open for discussion.

Confirm access, occupancy, barricades, water and slurry handling, ventilation, debris, noise restrictions, and the schedule window.
